A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to manage and scale the customer experience function.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service order processes and assist with implementation efforts alongside Operations staff
Document and manage customer support requests while addressing concerns and escalations
Coordinate customer communications regarding service interruptions and ensure compliance with security standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a customer-focused role
Familiarity with telecommunications and data center operations
Proven ability to drive tasks to completion with integrity and accountability
Self-motivated, capable of working independently or within a team with minimal direction
