Job Title : Cleaner / Janitor

Description

The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning the interior of passenger rail cars. They must adhere to and maintain strict compliance with corporate / office policies and procedures, established health and safety protocols, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Clean luggage racks
• Clean bathroom walls, floors, and shrouds
• Clean vestibule walls and floors
• Clean thresholds, kickplates, and all doors
• May be exposed to varying levels of physical activities and physical extremes such as long periods of crouching, use of hands, and lifting of 25 pounds or more
• Keep area around dumpsters clean and secure
• Notify supervisor of any faulty equipment, supplies, or product
• Perform other related general labor duties as required or assigned (restocking, sweeping facility, ect.)
• Take responsibility for own safety while on the job

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr.
