Arizona Licensed Pre-Service Representative

A company is looking for a PAS Pre-Service Representative to pre-register patients for outpatient procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-register patients and verify insurance information

Create patient estimates and provide financial counseling

Ensure a positive customer service experience and de-escalate situations as needed

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of related healthcare insurance experience

High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced, productivity-based environment

Experience with customer service in healthcare settings

Familiarity with electronic medical record software preferred
