Job Description

The Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst plays a key role in compiling and analyzing information related to inter-company transactions. The role gathers facts from across the company, analyzes financial statements, manages complex data sets and models, conducts comparable searches, prepares transfer pricing write‑ups and models, and works with accounting and other corporate and operational groups to implement transfer pricing, defend audits, and identify risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with operating companies, participate in fact‑finding interviews, explain data requests, manage analytical projects, and prepare write‑ups.
• Pull and analyze data from various internal and external databases, manage analytical projects, and prepare summaries.
• Work with team members on transfer pricing projects across a variety of topics related to planning, compliance, and audit defense.
• Research questions related to transfer pricing.

AON / Chicago (hybrid 3 days onsite)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $88,000 – $110,000

Bonus : Eligible for a performance‑based bonus.

Benefits : 25% bonus, 401(k) matching 7%, 18 PTO days, 11 annual holidays, and other wellness perks.
