Warehouse Administrative Assistant

Location : Lincoln, CA

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $21-$23 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to deliver and retrieve sample materials
• Assist in preparing and labeling samples for internal use and tracking
• Accurately input data into Excel and maintain detailed records
• Gather supplies and materials from designated areas to support daily workflow
• Track and organize inventory items with close attention to accuracy
• Assist with general administrative and logistical tasks as needed
• Role requires regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the facility
