Note : Opportunity for fully remote available with occasional travel to job sites & critical meetings. Candidates must reside in Southern California.

Overall Responsibilities Prepares design and construction documents and assists in architectural project solving

Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain BIM models, design documentation, and coordinate project deliverables throughout all phases.

Produce sketches, 3D renderings, and animations using various design software.

Assist with architectural assignments and collaborate on designs provided by others.

Analyze building and spatial concepts in both 2D and 3D, translating them into comprehensive plans, elevations, sections, and perspective views.

Contribute to the technical design process, detailed design development, project coordination, and quality assurance at every stage.

Prepare precise and fully coordinated construction documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy during all project phases.

Support the development and implementation of architectural graphic standards for the team.

Participate in internal meetings to coordinate design specifications and ensure alignment with project drawings.

Take on additional related duties as assigned, contributing to project and studio success.

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience

Acute healthcare experience preferred, but not required; candidates with DSA or life sciences backgrounds will also be considered

Good organizational skills and ability to work under own initiative

Responsive and dependable to meet deadlines

Excellent visual, verbal and written communications skills

Working knowledge of architectural graphic standards

Exceptional Revit and CAD skills
