Software Implementation Consultant

We are on the lookout for a Software Implementation Analyst in the Paper / Packaging industry, based in FORT WASHINGTON, Pennsylvania, 19034-3303, United States. This role involves working with our detail oriented Services team to implement software solutions for our customers, lead and support customer implementation activities, assist in the development of presentations and proposals, and support organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Working collaboratively with the detail oriented Services team to implement software solutions for our customers.
• Leading and supporting customer implementation activities such as requirements gathering, documentation creation, testing, and training.
• Assisting in the development of presentations and proposals for delivery to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting organizational initiatives, including sales cycle support, practice aid development, and improving operating procedures.
• Developing an extensive understanding of the capabilities and functionality of our solutions and familiarity with the industries our solutions support.
• Mentoring and supporting other Implementation Services team members to improve their skillsets and ability to successfully implement our solutions.
• Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, Backend Development, Bug Tracking, C++, Cloud Technologies, AB Testing, API Development, CSS, Design, and Engineering.
• Demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Exhibiting excellent organization, time management, and written & verbal communication skills.
• Being responsive to customer’s needs and comfortable with multi-tasking.
• Having experience implementing enterprise application software, especially in a manufacturing environment.
