Appointment Scheduler (Toyota)

Call Center Dealership Appointment Scheduler

Location : Nucar Toyota of Norwood

Earn Up to $49K / Year (Base Wages + Performance Bonuses)

Are you a dynamic, energetic professional with a passion for customer service and a talent for building rapport over the phone? If so, we want YOU to join our winning team at Nucar Toyota of Norwood!

We are seeking motivated and career-oriented individuals who excel at handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments. No cold calling required!

What You'll Do :

  • Handle a high volume of inbound / outbound calls to set up service appointments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your skills will be valued and rewarded.

What We're Looking For :

  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role.
  • Outstanding phone communication skills-confidence, clarity, and professionalism are key!
  • A track record of success in internet marketing and / or sales appointment scheduling.
  • The ability to connect with clients instantly and handle objections with ease.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a drive to exceed performance goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and efficient typing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends.
