Job description

J&R Schugel is looking for motivated, successful, and safety-oriented drivers near Hartford, CT. for CDL-A Reefer OTR positions. Top Pay & Benefits :

Newly increased pay – earn 57 – 65 CPM base pay + accessorial pay
Estimated weekly pay of $1,200 – $1,600
Onboarding bonus
Flexible home time options (1-2 weeks depending on location)
Average up to 2,200 – 2,500 weekly miles
Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)
Vacation pay
Driver referral program : $2,000 per hired driver

Requirements :

Must have a valid CDL-A

Must have at least 6 months of experience

Minimum age of 21

Must pass DOT physical and drug screen

Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)

No prior Reefer experience is required
