Your Role as a Float Pool Registered Nurse :

This position offers variety, challenge, and growth! In the Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, contributing to patient care with every shift.

Licenses & Certifications Required :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Degrees Required :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Experience & Skills Required :

Typically requires 1 year of experience, with knowledge, timing, communication skills, and a commitment to patient care and safety being essential.
