Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Lead Forklift Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the Logistics Department supporting the inbound and outbound operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Shirley, NY

Pay Range : $20 - $23.75

Shift : Night Shift (11 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM), Monday through Friday

Duration : Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, and inventory management
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Assign, prioritize, and oversee work duties to meet operational schedules
• Monitor and document workplace incidents, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Support inbound and outbound logistics tasks, including system checks and order releases
