Project Officer

The Project Officer provides program-level support to ensure contract deliverables are met, stakeholder coordination is maintained, and program execution aligns with strategic objectives. This role contributes to documentation development, task management, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations and communications within the program office.
• Take ownership of task tracking, documentation, and streamlined reporting processes.
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of team events and briefings.
• Maintain calendars, task logs, and deliverable trackers.
• Provide administrative and project-level support to the Assistant Program Manager.
• Facilitate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
