Job descriptionLooking for 1 year of Recent (within the last 3-4 years) Acute Care Social Worker experience. would also be open to someone who hasn't worked in a hospital setting as a Social Worker for the last 5 years if they had at least 5 years of Social Worker hospital experience before then. would consider someone with LTAC or Hospice Social Worker experience if they had some hospital experience as well. MUST HAVE DISCHARGE PLANNING EXPERIENCE. If candidates only have psych experience or just community therapist experience, we will not consider. Candidates would need to have experience with PASSRs and ESPERs A FL LCSW required Masters of Social Work Required
