This organization is seeking an Outpatient PMHNP and is the most comprehensive rural crisis continuum in the State of Indiana with Psychiatric Urgent Care, Inpatient Psychiatric, Crisis Stabilization, and all connected to 24/7/365 Mobile Crisis Teams. Outpatient psychiatric teams participate in multi-disciplinary care with therapists, addiction recovery providers, care coordinators, certified medical assistants, and more.

Opportunity:

• Open to discussion of 4-day, 32 hour work week
  
• Position is a direct care position, opportunity to precept for NP students
  
• Must practice across the lifespan youth through adults
  
• Practice with suboxone, vivitrol, and MAT protocols, preferred

  Requirements:
  
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of Indiana (or ability to be licensed)
  
• Must be open to all patient populations within a critical access community mental health setting

• 140K+ earning potential
