Project Manager

Our client is seeking an exceptional Project Manager / Architect with 10 years of experience to lead the design and documentation of complex highly detailed custom residential projects with additional opportunities in commercial and multi-family work.

This role offers significant design ownership leadership visibility and involvement across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design detailing and full documentation of interior and exterior architecture.
• Oversee all phases of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Manage project schedules work plans budgets and documentation.
• Direct and mentor junior and intermediate staff.
• Coordinate work with consultants and internal production teams.
• Maintain high-touch client relationships and set expectations regarding budget and schedule.
• Ensure quality control construction detailing accuracy and consistent project standards.
