Senior Superintendent (Houston)

I'm hiring an experienced Lead Superintendent with a strong GC background to take charge of ground-up and renovation projects across Houston. This role is with a well established general contractor known for its history of leadership, long-standing client relationships and repeat business. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day to day field operations on multiple concurrent projects
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors and crews to ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence
• Manage projects from mobilization through closeout, including warranty work
• Partner with project managers, architects, engineers and owners to maintain scope and expectations
• Drive site safety programs and cultivate a culture of accountability
