Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience; 3 Years with Masters. Experience creating, maintaining, and manipulating Microsoft Office Suite Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project). Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management (RSKOM). Experience facilitating customers, stakeholder engagements, and meetings. Experience interfacing and presenting to multiple levels of employees and leadership. Experience in Project Management. US Citizenship Required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship Required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, and / or Management. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously - schedule management, cost / budget management, customer management, risk management, and performance management. Active Secret Clearance.

We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Technical Services Project Management / Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management based out of Salt Lake City, UT. This position is fully on-site at the Salt Lake City, UT facility.
What you'll get to do :
- Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Meet mission and assignment objectives as required.
The ideal candidate must be able to communicate, work in a multi-team environment, have exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills, prioritize and complete and / or coordinate multiple tasks within critical deadlines, and pay attention to detail. This position may be filled as a Principal Technical Services Project Management or Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management.
