Job description
A company is looking for a Live Ops Manager to oversee the deployment and maintenance of infrastructure components for 3-GIS Live.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance of infrastructure deployments with objectives and security standards
Manage incident handling and performance reviews against SLA targets
Collaborate cross-functionally to support upgrades and maintain documentation of Live policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with AWS or other cloud providers and Microsoft Windows Server administration
Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise / Desktop and PostgreSQL database administration
Familiarity with Python and Windows PowerShell scripting
Experience troubleshooting through log analysis and understanding customer challenges during implementations
