Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities :

• Manage a complex case load from intake through trial
• Conduct legal and factual research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Independently manage cases through all discovery proceedings
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
