Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Financial Analyst to work for our Central Ohio client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, and operating plan variance analysis
  • Support strategic financial planning, setting the roadmap for the company's continued growth by collaborating with business owners to build long-term financial models
  • Serve as the key business partner working directly with management and other internal stakeholders to provide financial recommendations
  • Drive growth and profitability through financial analysis
  • Provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including preparing ROI and gross margin analysis and reporting
  • Drive process improvements using reporting and planning tools
  • Drive ad-hoc analysis for leadership

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience
  • Thorough knowledge of financial analysis policies, practices, and systems
  • Demonstrated analytical ability with a track record of delivering results
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
