NURSE PRACTITIONER

Apicha Community Health Center's mission is to provide affordable healthcare for underserved and vulnerable people living in the New York City boroughs and on the lower east side of Manhattan. Position Summary :

We're looking for a caring, compassionate, competent full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Manhattan location. The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to families as well as engage in health promotion activities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive medical care to a panel of adult patients on a continuing basis.
• Engage in health promotion activities and recruitment efforts for the site.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient, including observations during examinations.
• degree in healthcare, human services, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experiences in related field - Required.
