Project Coordinator

Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G / 5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. Job Description

Coordinates the following within the local market :

  • Warehouse Management
  • Shipping
  • Receiving
  • Inventory
  • Re-Use of materials
  • Material Orders, Logistics and Verification
  • Scheduling Manpower under the direction of the Senior Project Manager
  • Project launch, certification, and as-built documents
  • Close Out Documentations
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Weekly Updates & Reports
  • Asset Tracking
  • Asset Certification
  • Vehicle Maintenance Reports
  • Technician Payroll
  • Inventory Control- with focus on re-use of materials.

Job hours are 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm with one hour for lunch.

This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.

Job Requirements

Experience : 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree

Education : High school + AA Degree or higher

Skill-sets : Computer Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Pay Scale is $28-34 per hour based on experience
