Job Summary : The Commercial HVAC Install Helper works closely with a Lead HVAC Installation Technician to assist in the installation and / or replacement of commercial HVAC / R systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Lead Technician throughout the installation process of commercial HVAC / R systems.
• Carry out basic tasks such as lifting and moving equipment, tools, and materials to and from the work area.
• Prepare job sites by organizing and setting up necessary tools and equipment.
• Help with the installation of electrical wiring, controls, and sensors according to specifications.
• Perform basic measurements, calculations, and adjustments as directed by the Lead Technician.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with the Lead Technician and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and completion of tasks.
• Safely drive company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.

Requirements

We Offer : Weekly paychecks - $18 - $24 / hr. based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Health Insurance - PPO and HSA plans available.
