Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as Warehouse Manager. This leadership role oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, production management, and work therapy program coordination. You'll drive operational excellence while supporting our mission of transformation through work therapy and rehabilitation.
Pay Rate : $21 / Hour
Status : Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
- Oversee all donation pick-up and store delivery operations
- Optimize warehouse production efficiency and cost control
- Develop and implement product control procedures
- Manage vendor relationships for bulk sales
- Track and analyze production metrics and trends
- Oversee supply purchasing and inventory management
- Generate administrative reports and recommendations
Property & Equipment Management
Ensure OSHA compliance and safety guidelinesOversee preventative maintenance programsManage equipment and facility repairsControl utility and supply costsCoordinate vendor relationshipsManage property improvement projectsMaintain accurate inventory systemsStaff Leadership & Development
Supervise Warehouse Manager, Transportation Supervisor / Dispatcher, and Maintenance staffRecruit, interview, and recommend new hiresProvide staff training and developmentConduct annual performance reviewsManage time and attendance systemsHandle personnel issues and corrective actionsEnsure HR policy complianceProgram Support

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred in :Business AdministrationMarketingIndustrial Arts / SciencesFive years industry experience in :Production schedulingSupervisionRecruitmentOr equivalent combination of education / experienceRequired Certifications
