The Hanen Centre is a registered Canadian non-profit dedicated to helping young children develop strong language and literacy skills. We support speech-language professionals, educators, and families worldwide through evidence-based programs and resources.
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing & Communications team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of service and strategy, combining strong communication skills with hands-on support for campaigns, sales operations, and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product information, availability, delivery, returns, and general administrative issues.
- Liaise with the shipping department to confirm packaging and delivery logistics.
- Generate quotes, invoices, and receipts, and update contact records to support the Sales Team.
- Assist with customer communication during membership renewal periods.
- Conduct QA of external-facing content (e.g., web pages, email copy).
- Help maintain membership records and organize testimonials.
- Support workshop delivery by testing participant functionality within Hanens back-end systems.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Assist with the preparation and scheduling of promotional email campaigns.Create and manage audience lists and discount codes in CRM and CMS platforms.Pull campaign and member events performance stats (e.g., open rates, code usage) to inform strategy and aid in data maintenance.Participate in team meetings and provide insight into external stakeholder experience.Conduct marketing and customer research to support campaign development, and other duties as assigned.Perform QA for marketing workflows and workshop promotions.Create and manage surveys in SurveyMonkey for internal teams across departments.What You Bring
