Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate will support users, troubleshoot technical issues, manage SRs / tickets, implement configuration changes, perform RCA, and collaborate closely with customer SMEs and process consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues.
• Perform configuration updates, enhancements, and root cause analysis.
• Work closely with business users, process consultants, and SMEs to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APEX, Workflows , etc.
• Support manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Participate in major project milestones and customer engagements.
