Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Job Overview : Front End Service Associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns / refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.
