A home health nurse's responsibilities include working with other healthcare professionals to create treatment plans, ensuring that patients stick to treatment plans, and monitoring patients' vital signs.

Home Health Nurse Responsibilities :

• Administering medication to patients.
• Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
