This position is critical to the ministry of Sky Ranch and contributes directly to our mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ. The Retail Shift Lead supports the ministries of Sky Ranch by providing an excellent experience for guests purchasing items through our retail stores and Caf Sky, and exceeding guest expectations through excellent customer service and a quality environment. This position oversees other retail staff and assists in completing functions relating to Retail as they pertain to guest, staff and families. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : serving customers; use of point of sale software; replenishing stock; cleaning and maintaining equipment in all retail locations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrive prior to other staff positions to ensure store or caf is fully staffed and prepared to open on time.
• Maintain knowledge of all positions and can train or cover any position that needs to be covered.
• Serve guests in Caf Sky and / or Corner Store, including but not limited to :

Fulfill orders.

Commitment to Christian principles and teachings both professionally and personally. Must be able to fully support Sky Ranchs Doctrinal Statement. An active membership in a church whose spiritual beliefs are aligned with Sky Ranchs Doctrinal Statement.

Must demonstrate annually a clear background check and review of child safety practices as required for camp accreditation by the American Camping Association.
