Operations & Supply Chain Logistics Manager

A retail beauty / cosmetics brand is seeking an organized, proactive Operations & Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end order, inventory, and logistics management . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and ensures every order moves seamlessly from purchase to delivery.

What You'll Do : Order Management

• Oversee the full order cycle, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, in full (OTIF) .
• Manage EDI order processing and partner with 3PLs to handle fulfillment and Amazon FBA shipments.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance for new customers and maintain clear communication with internal teams.

Who You Are :

You have strong operational instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking. You're comfortable managing multiple moving parts — from ERP updates and 3PL coordination to process improvement and logistics planning.
