We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our firm, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient case management. Key Responsibilities :

• Answer and direct inbound phone calls with professionalism
• Greet and assist onsite guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
• Gather case information from potential clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel about ongoing cases
• File court documents and communicate with judicial assistants
• Coordinate and schedule consultations, hearings, and mediations
• Handle outgoing mail with attention to detail
• Prepare detailed lists of names and addresses from court dockets using spreadsheets
• Assemble and distribute mass mailings
• Assist with a variety of other office tasks as needed
