Male Direct Care Worker

Eminence Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Male Direct Care Workers to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, companionship, and various household tasks, ensuring they receive the highest quality of support. Key Responsibilities

• Assist male clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities.
• Help prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and document clients’ health and emotional status, reporting changes to appropriate personnel.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to create a safe and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and professionals to implement care plans effectively.
