Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth and timely patient flow
  • Determine necessary PT based on prescriptions / referrals / patient condition / records
  • After reviewing patient records, strategize, create and carry out treatment plans
  • Track and report treatment progress; adjust as necessary
  • Oversee all assistant, technician and student job assignments / activities (when necessary)
  • Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries
  • Plan and conduct lectures on PT and related training for medical offices and community outreach groups and events

    • Required Skills Qualifications :

  • Connecticut Physical Therapy License
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)

    • Medical Specialties :

  • Orthopedics
  • Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
  • Sports Medicine
  • Balance & Vestibular Training (Preferred)
