The Opportunity :

As a Staff ML Engineer, you will :

Develop novel algorithms for real-time neural signal decoding that will define industry standards

Architect robust ML systems processing high-dimensional neural data at the edge

Collaborate directly with clinical teams to validate models in real-world settings

Contribute to an FDA-regulated medical device with immediate patient impact

What You will Bring :

Advanced expertise in machine learning (RNNs, LSTMs, CNNs) and signal processing (spike sorting, LFP / ECoG analysis)

Experience deploying production ML systems with strict latency requirements

Strong Python skills (PyTorch / TensorFlow) and cloud infrastructure knowledge

A track record of technical excellence through publications, patents, or shipped products

Passion for bridging AI research with clinical applications
