Responsible to the Vice President of Patient Care Services / CNO / ACNO for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating all nursing service functions and activities for assigned patient care programs / units, to ensure delivery of optimal quality of care and organizational effectiveness.Responsible for overall Emergency Care Services including the free standing emergency departments.
