Job description

Coverage Needed

  • January 19, 2025 - March 27, 2025

January 19-23

  • February 23-27
  • March 23-27
  • 1 week a month (Monday - Friday)
  • Tuesday and Thursday Clinic : 8 am - 5 pm
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the OR : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm with possible additional surgeries

    • Clinical Details

  • Coverage includes outpatient clinic and hospital coverage
  • No trauma call and no weekend coverage
  • Inpatients rounded on per day : 0-5
  • Expected Surgical Volume on OR days : 5-12 cases per day
  • Expected Patients per day in Clinic : 20-40 per day
  • EMR : EPIC
  • Support Staff : MA's and Cast Techs in the clinic
  • Must be comfortable with hand trauma; no replants or oncology for ortho
  • Age range : 15 and up

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedics
  • South Carolina Medical License
  • Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
  • DEA that can be permanently registered in South Carolina
