What you'll do : Safely direct traffic around utility work zones using hand signals, signs, and communication devices. Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signage, barricades). Monitor traffic flow and adjust controls to keep everyone safe. Communicate clearly with your team and the public.

What we're looking for : Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Comfortable standing for long periods. Previous experience in utility or construction is a plus (but not required!).

Job type & location : This is a permanent position based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Pay and benefits : The pay range for this position is $34,320.00 - $34,320.00 / yr. Outstanding benefits : Candidates will have access to exceptional benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, 401k plans, job security, etc. Scheduled pay increases : Earn a $0.50 raise every six months, recognizing your dedication and reliability. Take-home vehicle eligibility : After 3 months of employment, qualified team members may be eligible for a company take-home vehicle, adding convenience and saving on commuting costs.
