Job descriptionExecuting store merchandising standards following merchandise and visual guidelines for product presentation Maintaining appropriate levels of product on the sales floor by remerchandising and replenishment as necessary based on sell through and seasonal changes Executing timely and accurate merchandising according to company guidelines and brand standards Executing pricing activities (e.g., price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and efficiently Following and ensuring adherence to all product protection standards, guidelines and company policies implemented to minimize product loss Supporting the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools adhering to Kohl’s brand standards as directed by store leadership Supporting and partnering with other associates on merchandising incoming products with a focus on customer experience
Kohl's is IMMEDIATELY HIRING a full-time Store Merchandising Supervisor to join our store team in Waynesboro, Virginia! As a Merchandising Supervisor you will execute sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery, and deliver excellent customer service. As an expert in your assigned departments, you will execute all merchandising processes while remaining focused on brand standards and customer service.
