Our client is an industry leader in the CATV industry looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant to join their growing team in the Northeast Region.
This position can sit 100% remote but individual MUST BE IN THE NORTHEAST (PA, NY, OH, MA, VT, CT, MD, etc.)
Responsible for a variety of programs involving business reengineering efforts that support our operations and customer experience. Works with a cross-functional team to understand current challenges. Works to define our current processes that support the Network Operations Center (NOC) and to define the future state that will be enabled through technology.
Suggest plans to integrate new and existing processes into future application technology (ServiceNow).ServiceNow knowledge and capabilities : Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge ManagementProcess development and refinement, and system integration / implementation.Leads analysis and design of existing and new business processes that span multiple areas of the organization, including Engineering, Technical Operations, Network Operations, and Training.Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes / flows, identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired state, designs new processes, develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new processDeconstructs technical concepts and metrics to facilitate process development.Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.Completes assessments of business processes and documents each of the following areas : problem statements, process flows, gap analyses and solution recommendations.Complex systems process analysis, design and simulation. Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment.Possesses knowledge and experience leveraging both Network Operations solutions and business process improvements.Provides counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements. This requires a high level of understanding of the organization's business systems and processes as well as industry-wide requirements.Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, tactical execution, project management, process management and business systems requirements definition.Develops repeatable and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.Facilitates the optimization of business unit performance by enhancing the alignment between business processes and engineering organizations.Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.Diagnoses, corrects and documents issues, risks and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.Executes on targeted list of priorities, meeting or exceeding weekly milestone updates.Works with minimal / moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
