Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Response : Monitor public dispatch channels and fire department alerts to arrive promptly at fire, smoke, and flood damage scenes.
• Customer Outreach : Engage affected property owners with compassion and confidence, guiding them through their restoration options.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with fire departments, the Red Cross, insurance agents, and other first responders to generate leads and referrals.
• Sales & Closing : Communicate the value of BISON Restoration Services' services persuasively and secure contracts on-site whenever possible.
• Networking & Partnerships : Attend community events, host informational sessions, and establish BISON Restoration Services as the go-to restoration provider.
• Follow-Up : Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure continued support to clients throughout the restoration process.
• Independence & Availability : Work independently in the field, responding to emergency calls at any timenights, weekends, or holidays.
