The pay range is $131,000.00 - $236,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Position Overview
As Director, Western Hemisphere Strategy for Owned Brands, you will play a critical role in helping the Target Owned Brands organization achieve its goals. By supporting specific business and strategic efforts across product operations, sourcing, manufacturing, and design, you will apply your strengths in problem solving, business acumen, and strategy development to shape near term execution and long-term direction of Target Owned Brands. The work could involve a variety of areas including creating & implementing process and best practices, driving new capabilities and tools, facilitating cross functional meetings, implementing new ways of working, and investigating strategic questions most pertinent to the multiple business areas serviced within the Western Hemisphere. This position will operate as a Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid / Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
