Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Primary Care Physician

• Annual Compensation : $250,000 (for Residents and a little more for experienced PCP s.)
• Sign-On Bonus : $15,000
• Annual Incentive Bonus : up to 28% of Base Compensation (Most make a 20% Annual Incentive Bonus or $50,000)
• Partnership Opportunity after 3 years (No buy-in)
• 25 Days of PTO
• 5 CME days
• 9 Holidays (2 of the 9 days are floating holidays where-employee selects these days.)
• Major Medical / Dental / Vision
• Company Paid Long and Short-Term Disability; and Company paid Life Insurance (Employee may elect more coverage)
• 401K (No match as of yet)
• Malpractice Covered along with Tail Coverage.
• Monday Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (NO evenings nor weekends.)
• Call is 1 : 8. As you know, call for our model of care is not arduous.
