Daily Responsibilities : Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department Manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling and training Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Inspect rooms to ensure quality standards are met Required Skills : Experience in hotel operations and housekeeping management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks Knowledge of labor cost management and quality of service standards Nice to Have Skills : Experience with MICROS POS system Certified Dietary Manager qualification Multi-unit management experience Grilling and food service management skills Hotel sales and hospitality management experience Salary and Benefits : Minimum Salary : $30,000.00 Maximum Salary : $40,000.00 Benefits : 401(k) plan Company Information : The Brandywine Valley offers visitors an extraordinary collection of world-class attractions and events, along with an array of fine restaurants, distinctive shops, and first-rate entertainment.
