AP Specialist

A growing company in South DTC is seeking a strong Accounts Payable PO Processor to assist their team!

The Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist will work with a team of 4 within accounts payable and report to the Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable PO Processor role is fully on-site.

Primary responsibilities for the Accounts Payable PO Processor include :

• Processing(up to 50 / day) in their system
• Work with accounts payable team to make sure all data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
• Verifying info with their different vendors
• other accounts payable duties as needed

Ideal skills and experience for Accounts Payable PO Processor Specialist applicants :

Hours for the Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 - 5 : 00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environment
