PRS Auto is currently seeking a Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations for immediate hire. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the unloading (driving) of new automobiles from railcars working at the Norfolk Southern (NS) Ayer, MA rail terminal! It's important to note that PRS is an independent contractor of the railroad and is not affiliated with the railroad itself. This position requires no prior experience, as we are committed to providing comprehensive training to ensure your success on the job. While prior supervisory experience is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Job Summary :
The Rail Terminal Supervisor of Operations is responsible for coordinating the terminal’s operations to ensure that the retention of service levels satisfies the customer’s requirements. This person will take direction from policies and procedures established by the Company, Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Directors, Assistant Terminal Managers, and Terminal Managers.

You will be employed directly by PRS Auto and will not be an employee of the Railroad.
