Key Responsibilities

• Develop validate and optimize CMM inspection programs using specified software (e.g. PC-DMIS Calypso).
• Interpret complex engineering drawings 3D models and GD&T specifications to create accurate inspection routines.
• Select appropriate CMM probes fixtures and measurement strategies for various part geometries and tolerances.
• Perform first-article inspections in-process checks and final product verifications using CMMs.
• Analyze CMM measurement data generate reports and communicate results to relevant departments.
• Troubleshoot CMM program errors measurement discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Collaborate with design manufacturing and quality engineers to optimize part design for inspectability and resolve quality issues.
