About the Role

The Vice President of Operations will oversee all field operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure accountability across multiple project teams and field supervisors. This role requires a decisive, disciplined leader with a strong understanding of construction and field service environments who can scale people, systems, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field supervisors, ensuring accountability, productivity, and quality across all active projects.
• Oversee daily operations and project execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive safety, compliance, and operational standards across all field activities.
• Partner with senior leadership on growth strategy, workforce planning, and margin improvement.
• Build and refine operational systems, reporting, and performance metrics to strengthen communication between the field and the executive team.
• Identify and remove barriers to performance—translating strategic priorities into daily execution.
