Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ED - Emergency Department Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 16 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, evenings Employment Type : Local Contract Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 20 Patient Ratios : 4 : 1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 24 hour Unit clerk and multiple techs throughout the shifts Type of equipment : Documentation system : Meditech Scheduling requirements : 4 Weekend shifts a schedule. 1 paid holiday and 1 non-paid holiday Floating policy : Travelers do not float to other units Patient Experience requirements : We care for patients of all ages from newborn to geriatrics. We do not have a Cath Lab so all STEMI or cath patients are transferred out. We see trauma patients as well as general illness. Hospital Specifics- Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS Procedures performed on unit : Nursing assessments, Stroke Work ups, Sepsis Work ups, Trauma care Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Navy Blue Scrubs
