Join Medtronics New Product Development team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where youll play a pivotal role in the development and launch of complex surgical devices. Youll provide technical expertise in materials selection, tool fabrication, and process equipment design to support the manufacturing of metal components and subassemblies.
Work environments include standard office settings, clean room manufacturing areas, model shops, and supplier manufacturing facilities. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Required Knowledge and Experience :
Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
