This role is basically for a Financial Shared Services Associate, someone who handles billing, collections, data entry, and customer account updates.

In short :

You'll be calling or emailing customers about past-due bills, entering and reviewing financial data (like invoices or payments), and working with other departments to resolve billing or payment issues.
